good news, bad news and coffee
The good news is that Miss L is much better today.
The bad news is that she gave me whatever she had and I'm dragging, swollen, etc., etc. ;-)
On the coffee? Well, we've been buying NOLA-type iced coffee at Whole Foods - which is inconvenient and expensive ($5 a quart). So, a little research, two new gallon jugs and a wheat-free coffee grinder later (don't laugh - flavored coffees have gluten)? We have cold brewed NOLA style coffee for $4.50 a gallon. Sweet, not bitter, and perfectly refreshing (especially with some soy milk or soy chocolate milk). I approve.

YAY for yummy coffee that doesn't eat your budget or your time. I've had coffee with soy milk before, but never *chocolate* soy milk... sounds good!
