Laundry
I do a *lot* of laundry and I've noticed a definite pattern for the 4 of us (well, I guess really the 3 of us, Manda does her own laundry 95% of the time). I do a load a day and catch us up 100% on Saturdays. (For lo, then there are sheets and towels and rags and dog bedding.)
There's three loads of darks/jeans to two loads of whites to one load of pinks/reds.
We own a lot of jeans.
And a lot of pink bras.
You can tell if they're my jeans because I never unbutton them and because I walk the bottoms off, even if they're petites. You can tell if they're Larry's because he tugs at his back pockets. They're Lorna's if I have to stand on tiptoe to fold them. ;-)
I can tell if it's an Amanda load because it's three times the size of a me load (I have a hard time seeing over the top of the basket if the load's too big and the walk from the washer is treacherous, at best and because all her clothes are black or white. ;-)
