blackened fish
Manda made blackened fish at school today. She's going to make it for us Friday.
Tonight is individual turkey pot pies in the adorable ramekins of joy. Easter sunday is going to be roast and yorkshire puddings a la Gordon Ramsay's last meal. (And the boy says he doesn't have to have hummingbird cake! So we'll make a coconut cake instead. Woo!)

You should all come over. Meet the puppies. Watch I am Legend with me and throw popcorn at the TV.
Oh, and, apropos of nothing? *grins* Rain makes Goobie and Sadie NUTS!
