I didn't get to revel in the wonder of my birthday outings
It started with a haircut and color (short and pink), then we had burgers and went to see George Strait. That may have been the best concert I've ever been to. I mean, no one loves King George like we do, and he didn't even *have* to sing. There were 20,000 people singing along with every word.
It was like magic.
No, really.
Then we came home, watched the PBR episode of CSI (which had it's ups and downs - Greg Potter was on there, as well as my favorite pick-up man, James. Eee! They dissed my bullfighters, though), drove to the airport at 3 am and got on the plane.
Then a limo to the ship.
*grins*
We sang with the driver. YMCA. I Will Survive. Celebration. It was a joy. A pure joy.
*nods*
Okay.
Work. More tomorrow.
