Muffins
I spend a lot of mornings with muffins in the oven.
Banana ones. Blueberry ones. Cranberry, lemon, oatmeal raisin, apple, rum, blackberry, cinnamon chip, chocolate chip, corn.
It's a stupid easy recipe and most of the ingredients are on-hand and hell, muffins.
I'm the first to admit that I'm not a fan of commercially made muffins. They leave this weird film on your tongue. I *hate* that filmy tongue feeling.
My favorite is the cranberry.
Today we have blueberry, because that was requested.
Eight minutes to go.

Would you believe I cannot seem to find cinnamon chips anywhere in Raleigh to make muffins with. :(
