home, london, puppies, stress, xmas surprises and plans

We're home - thank goodness - and are fighting to wade through emails and ideas and things. It doesn't help that we all four of us caught colds at the in-laws, so we're all a little out of it.

London is an amazing city - I would never live there, but it was absolutely perfect to visit and I want to take Larry to see it. I'll probably sit and write a long blog post about going (or maybe I won't, I get busy) - but it was grand and incredibly worth it and I have no complaints.

The puppies go back to the vets today for round two of their puppy shots. They're still cute. Shadow adores them. Lily tolerates them. They're completely crate trained and are working on house trained. Goober's a little farther ahead of Sadie there, but Sadie's a lot smaller. They are a joy and a job, all at once, but I don't regret getting them.

I'm not going to go on about the huge ball of stress sitting in the middle of my shoulders - it's there. It'll always be there. It's part of the whole gig.

When I got home from London/Daddy's, I found the whole house decorated for Christmas - I can't tell y'all how cool that was. Tree up, lights up - Larry and Manda did a kick-ass job and I'm just tickled.

Plans...

I had plans...

I bet your house looks great. Sorry about the colds. KK helped me put up a few outside things. Glad you had a good time. Hugs and necksugars

How awesome to come home to a festive house!

YAY puppies of joy. I keep thinking I should get one and then I think, yeah, but Melissa isn't house-broken yet... ;-)
