Okay, carnitas are proof that there is a higher power that loves us and wants us to be happy.

Warm, spicy, easy, crockpotted, and just so comfort food it aches.
Now I want toffee. Toffee covered in dark chocolate.
And possibly a cup of coffee.

Tomorrow, Lorna and I are going shopping in the afternoon and then to Round Rock's Christmas Diva Downtown Show. It's just the downtown merchants with sales, but it looks like fun and I do enjoy wandering.

I want some carnitas too! I would love to go to the Christmas thing with you what fun. Had lots of rain here yesterday and was glad of it. Love you
