addictions

Mine?

Music and shoes.

Music more than shoes.

Why?

Well...

I don't know. Shit, I think the shoe thing is genetic. Mother is a shoe person. Gran was. I like having options. I like having a shoe for every occasion. And hell, since I'm the queen of the $10 shoe, it's a cheap, cheap hobby. (Yesterday? baby pink flip flops to replace the polka dotted pink ones and dark brown satin driving mules (thereby filling my need for brown flats before winter...)

Of course, music?

That's a deeper addiction. I could go barefoot, I could lose my legs, I could walk away from the baby-Imelda collection. I'll fight bitterly for my music collection.

Of course, I was the only kid in class who said they'd rather be blind than deaf. I figure I could learn braille, I could adjust, but music?

There's no substitute.

*stretches*

Okay, enough rambling for now. Shower. Brunch. Work.

*kisses all around*

I'm with you on the blind/deaf thing. Though really, I'd rather be neither. ;-)

It's youre fault I bought flip flops the other day, incidentally. Or maybe L's. Or both... :)

    Music. *nod*

And shoes for M. She is going to be the next Imelda Marcos, and it won't be her doing. It will be mine. LOL
