stressing versus hiding
I watch/read the news and I can't sleep from worrying about things.
Then I ignore the news and I'm not being an active member of my society.
It's a damned catch 22 and I'm caught in it.

I'm doing all sorts of hiding from the news. Even though I get a daily paper.
I mean, even my baseball team can't keep it together.
