Quilting Eight Point Stars

So. I am doing 8 point stars for my super-secret project.

I need 12 inch finished blocks with 1/4" seams.

So the middle block is 6 1/2".

The setting blocks are 3 1/2".

The little triangles are 3 1/2" squares cut in half on the diagonal and the big ones are 5" squares cut in half on the diagonal?

Right?
