Quick supper update
La familia made supper tonight.
Pork loin roasted in cinnamon and honey with a blackberry-port reduction, aspargus, sliced organic tomatoes and a recipe my amazon-baby invented - rice stuffed peppers. She cooked the rice, added chicken stock, garlic, steak seasoning, and two types of cheddar. Then blanched the peppers, stuffed them and baked them until the cheese melted.
Uhn.
She's coming into her own. my girl.
