Sorta dissolve into something that looks like monkey pee and is thereby not suitable for making muffins.
Although *calling* something monkey pee muffins would amuse me.
(I ended up taking a block of cream cheese covered in agave salsa and a bag of chips to Twinkletoe's party at the office, but the temptation for monkey pee muffins? Only resisted because I didn't want to heat up the house...)
