Baby quilt ready to quilt

Still working on making my list of UFOs, but I have a nearly finished quilt now.

Go me and my bad self! *grins*

It's amazing what finally finishing B's quilt did for me. I'd forgotten how to get to the end of one!

This one is a mixture of 4-patch blocks, pinwheels and then purple tulip setting squares (the purple and green were on the $1 rack. What can I say?)

I'll be my first entirely hand-done one and it's for the baby girl of a couple who are friends of mine and Larry's. I'm really proud of the border - this is my first non-traditional border/binding. It was time consuming, but I love the look! This is crib-sized with a fun lime green and pink dotted background. I tried to split the difference between baby and little girl. Hopefully she can use it to play with her baby dolls in a few years. *grins*

Or as a blanket for an outside teaparty.
